EQUIPMENT:
All vehicles are equipped with air bags for the driver; air conditioner, electric control for the windows and side mirrors, auxiliary headlights, servo-steering, immobilizer, central locking, radio-CD or radio- cassette player.

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES:
Child safety seat, road map, snow chains. These accessories are provided for free.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE RENTER:
The Renter must produce a valid driving licence and a passport. Only approved and authorized drivers named in the Agreement shall have the right to drive the rented vehicle.

At least two years of driving experience.

Hiring a driver:

10 Euro within town for an 8-hour working day
10 Euro our of town for an 8-hour working day plus the costs for the driver

RENTAL PRICES FOR 4х4 HIGH PERFORMANCE CAR:
The vehicle is rented out only with a driver of the company, and the price includes an 8-hour working day of the driver, for whom the costs outside Rousse shall also be the responsibility of the Renter.

Renting for a one-way drive when the client does not pay for the fuel – 0.50 Euro per kilometer, but in any case not less than 35 Euro per hour
Renting for a return drive when the client pays for the spent fuel – 0.15 Euro per kilometer, but in any case not less than 10 Euro per hour

All prices are in Euro and do not include VAT. The daily price is charged for 24 hours from the initial renting. For a delayed return a charge of 5 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according the exchange rate for the day shall be charged for each following hour of delay. The weekend tariff is valid from 16:00 h. on Fridays to 10:00 on Mondays. The monthly tariff is valid for 30 days. The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

The rental price includes:
- driving without limitation of the run in kilometers
- oil and maintenance
- insurance for all seats in the vehicle
- the rented vehicle is insured under Civil Liability insurance, higher level.

DEPOSIT:

By blocking a sum from the credit card provided by the Renter
By paying in cash

WAYS OF PAYMENT:
By a credit card or in cash.
The deposit and the full rental price are payable in advance.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTING OF THE VEHICLE:
Delivery and collecting the vehicles within the town boundaries of Rousse during the business hours shall be charged 5.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the exchange rate for the day. Delivery or collecting between 20:00 and 08:00 shall be charged 7.00 Euro the equal worth in BGN according to the exchange rate for the day.

FUEL:
The rental does not include fuel charge. If the vehicle is returned with less quantity of fuel than it was supplied at the start of the original rent, the fuel will be replaced at the Renter’s expense.

RENTING A VEHICLE FOR TRAVELING ABROAD:
In the cases when the client intends to drive the vehicle outside the country, he/she must tell this in advance to the Rental company, and pay the cost of the ”Green card”.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOTOR CAR RENTING

The present General Terms and Conditions of Motor Car Renting stipulate the terms of renting out vehicles by Karbochim Ltd., hereafter shortly referred to as the OWNER, and are provided to the RENTER as part of the Rent-A-Car Agreement.
The Owner will let a motor vehicle to the Renter whose name appears in the Rent-A-Car Agreement /hereafter shortly referred to as the Agreement/. The Renter, by signing the Agreement, agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, and to the sums, charges and rates set out in the Agreement. All below mentioned sums, charges and rates are given in Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the rate of exchange on that day. No VAT included.
Failure on behalf of the Renter to read, or consent to the General Terms and Conditions, or maintain them as part of the Agreement, or sign the present document shall not be construed as exemption from the liability to observe the General Terms and Conditions undertaken by signing to the Agreement.

DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE
The Owner shall supply the vehicle to the Renter in safe roadworthy condition. The Renter shall return the vehicle in the same good condition together with all provided documents – registration card, insurance policies, road tax payment slip, etc., on the date indicated on the front page. The Owner shall have the right to take immediate possession of the vehicle at any moment without notice, and to the Renter’s expense, if the latter fails to comply with the terms in Clause 3 of this agreement.

DAMAGE AND THEFT
If vehicle or part of it is damaged or stolen, gone on fire, or a window glass is broken, the Renter must pay to the Owner all resulting costs for repair, regardless of whether it’s his/her responsibility /including loss of income/.
The Owner shall keep the right to claim payment of charges as loss of income from the Renter in case the latter fails to comply with the conditions and terms of this Agreement, or breaks other legal or insurance regulations arising from the rental relations.
The Owner shall have the right to claim indemnities from the Renter to the amount of the daily rate, for each day until the full repair of the vehicle, or its replacement. The amount of the rental shall include an insurance providing cover for in case of a road accident which limits the Renter’s liability to 500 BGN. The insurance does not provide cover for:
damages to the motion part of the vehicle, or loss/damage to the removable parts and belongings – keys to the vehicle, documents, l radio CD panel or a radio-cassette player, tyres, rims, mirrors, etc.
damages or theft, if the damages to the vehicle have resulted from breaking one or more of the provisions of Clause 3. In such case the Renter shall be responsible for the cost of damage caused.

CONDITIONS FOR USING THE VEHICLE
The Renter shall maintain the vehicle with due diligence and shall not: а) sublet or hire the vehicle for transportation of passengers or belongings; b) use the vehicle for towing another vehicle or attachment; c) operate the vehicle in any race /rally/ or speedway test; d) operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any other drug or medication that affects his/her ability to drive the vehicle; e) offend the traffic regulations, customs regulations or any other acts to road traffic; f) permit the vehicle to be driven by any unauthorized person whose name does not appear in this Agreement; g) use the vehicle outside Bulgaria unless given the Owner’s written permission; h) drive the vehicle with driver’s licence or ID card that are invalid on the territory of Bulgaria.

INSURANCE
The Owner delivers the vehicle to the Renter with paid “Full Casco” insurance and paid “Civil Liability” insurance.

ROAD ACCIDENT, THEFT
In case of an accident the Renter must inform the police and must demand the issuance of an accident report and upon obtaining it, to submit it to the Owner. In case of a theft the Renter must inform the Regional Department of the Interior Ministry (MVR) in Rousse, where a report must be entered and the respective Notifying letter must be delivered to the Owner. The Renter must inform straight away the Owner about the theft. The Owner shall have the full cooperation of the Renter during the insurance settling procedure with respect to the occurred events – accident, theft, etc. If the Renter fails to keep any of these conditions, and particularly if he/she fails to provide an accident report, he/she shall assume full responsibility for the event.

RENTER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Renter must produce to the Owner a valid driving licence and an ID Card, and the Renter agrees that his/her personal data may be used by the Owner, particularly for the purpose of securing the payment.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The cost of petrol and other fuel used during the term of the rent is the responsibility of the Renter.
Delivery and collecting of the vehicles within the town boundaries during the business hours shall be charged 5.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the exchange rate for the day. Delivery or collecting between 20:00 and 08:00 shall be charged 7.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the exchange rate for the day.
A rental day is 24 hours. Delay of over one hour shall be charged 7.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the exchange rate for the day, for each following hour of delay.

WAY OF PAYMENT
Payment shall be made upon signing the Agreement, at 100 % of the agreed rental amount plus a guarantee deposit refundable to the Renter after expiry of the Agreement. Two options for depositing the guarantee are available:
by blocking a sum of minimum double the expected rental amount, and in any case not less that 250.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the rate of exchange on that day, from the Renter’s credit card.
by depositing in cash a sum of minimum double the expected rental amount, and in any case not less that 150.00 Euro or the equal worth in BGN according to the rate of exchange on that day.

LEGAL DISPUTES
Any dispute that may arise in respect of this agreement shall be governed by the Bulgarian law.
